Returns
Returned items will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. They must be in their original condition, (unopened and unused), and accompanied by a copy of the original order form. You must notify us of your return within 10 days of receipt of your order, by email to customercare@docsprefer.com or telephone at 1.866.268.3216 so we can give you a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments without a return number will NOT be processed.
Once the item is received, and we verify that it is in its original condition, we will refund your purchase price, by the same method which payment was made. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping on your order, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Customer pays return shipping.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of personal care items such as lotions or creams. We cannot accept goods for return after 30 days of purchase.
Absolutely No Returns and thus No Refunds on unsealed (ie: opened) items and books. No Exceptions!
All returns are subject to evaluation. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Damaged goods must be reported within three (3) business days of the receipt of your order. Missing items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you by phone toll free at 1-866.268.3216. How to Return Sealed (Un-Opened) Items
- Contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments without a Return Authorization Number will NOT be processed.
- Items can be returned via any carrier you choose. We recommend you send the items insured, signature required.
Refunds are only given upon successful receipt of the items. If the items are never received back in our offices we will not be able to issue you a refund.
